What are your favorite strength training programs?

There is a new app update in the works with some exciting new features and improvements. In the mean time, I’d like to find out more about how everyone is using the app. Do you follow a specific training program? If so, which one, and what is your sport or training goal?

    I just recently found the app because I wanted to do away with my paper fitness log provided by LA Fitness. I really liked the clean look to the app and the advanced features available for each of the exercises. Being able to create a template based on exercises performed on a day is a genius idea! I recently found The Spartacus workout and input that routine with ease. I also use StrengthMark to track my four core exercises and to track my PRs. Other than taking a screenshot, I really wish you had better ways to share within the app or export to different formats. Maybe some type of sharing with Google Drive? Post results to a website? Introduce some basic social aspect of the platform?
